U.S. House of Representatives Passes FY 2020 $37.1 million for the Surface Transportation Board
On June 25, the U.S. House of Representatives approved its “Second Mini Bus”, H.R. 3055 (H. Rpt. 116-101). This mini bus contains several FY 2020 appropriations bills previously approved by the House Appropriations Committee including H.R. 3163 (H. Rpt. 116-106), the Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development (THUD) measure which would fund the Surface Transportation Board (STB) at $37.1 million. This is the level recommended in the Administration’s FY 2020 Budget and actively supported by FRCA. The report can be read here.
