President Biden Nominates Surface Transportation Board Member Robert E. Primus to Serve Second Term

On June 22, 2022, the White House nominated current Surface Transportation Board Member Robert E. Primus (D) to service a second term on the Board.  Primus was sworn into office on January 7, 2021, assuming the seat previously held by former Board Member Deb Miller (D).  This nomination for a second term would expire December 312, 2027.  Additional information can be read in the White House statement.
