Freight Rail Customer Alliance Supports Managers’ Amendment to Railway Safety Act of 2023

On May 9, 2023, the Freight Rail Customer Alliance (FRCA) sent a letter supporting the Managers’ Amendment to S. 576, the Railway Safety Act of 2023.  The letter, addressed to Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee Chair Maria Cantwell (D-WA), Ranking Member Ted Cruz (R-TX), and Original Cosponsor J.D. Vance (R-OH) noting that “enhancing safety is integral to enhancing service”.
