Freight Rail Customer Alliance Submits Comments Supporting Surface Transportation Board’s Competitive Switching Proposal

On February 14, 2022, the Freight Rail Customer Alliance submitted comments supporting the Surface Transportation Board’s changes to its decades-old reciprocal switching rules, in EP Docket No. 711 (Sub No.-1).  This submittal is in response to the Board’s invitation for written comments as part of its public hearing to be held March 15 and 16, 2022.
