Freight Rail Customer Alliance Submits Comments Supporting Surface Transportation Board Emergency Service Order Proposed Changes

On May 23, 2022, the Freight Rail Customer Alliance (FRCA) filed comments in Docket No. EP 762, Revisions to Regulations for Expedited Relief for Service Emergencies.  This joint submission, supporting the Board’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to change its existing Emergency Service Order procedures,  included the National Coal Transportation Association, Portland Cement Association, and Western Coal Traffic League.  The filing can be read here.
