Freight Rail Customer Alliance Submits Comments Supporting a STB Proceeding on Railroads Use of Private Railcars

On June 30, 2022, the Freight Rail Customer Alliance (FRCA) submitted comments in STB Docket No. EP 768, Petition for Rulemaking to Adopt Rules Governing Private Railcar Use by Railroads.  Joining FRCA in this submission, stating support for this petition, are the National Coal Transportation Association and the Western Coal Traffic League.  The submittal can be read here.
