On July 28, 2022, Senate Appropriations Committee Chair Patrick Leahy (D-VT) released his Committee’s draft 12 appropriation bills including the Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development (THUD) measure providing $41.429 million for the Surface Transportation Board as recommended by President Biden in the Administration’s Budget.  A further explanation of this level is found in the accompanying THUD report.
