U.S. House of Representatives Approves $39.152 Million for the Surface Transportation Board for FY 2022
On July 29, the U.S. House of Representatives approved a record level $39.152 million for the Surface Transportation Board (STB or Board) for the upcoming Fiscal Year 2022. Along with this record-level amount, the House also approved corresponding report language addressing concerns about the possibility of the STB utilizing a greater use of Cost-Benefit Analysis in its proceedings.
